Border collies are just like your description they can jump high, love and need lots of exercise and never lazy they will play run and jump until you want them to stop. They rarely shed so no mess and they are ranked the smartest dogs in the world so they are easy to train and they can learn with voice or hand signals they are also cute and beautiful dogs.
