Can Licefree spray harm my dog?

My sister sprayed my dog with the homeopathic lice spray called LiceFreee thinking it would kill fleas, it contains sodium chloride. Can this harm dog if she's ingested it from her fur? She's a very small dog, weighs maybe 5 or 6 lbs, and my sister says she has seen my dog biting and licking herself after she sprayed her. My sister sprayed her maybe 5 or 6 hours ago, I intend to bathe my dog, but has damage already been done?
