What breed of dog is best for me?

hi I'm not sure what breed of dog i should get.i was think about a shiba inu or corgi but i heard they shed a lot.Is this true?i don't mind some shedding but i don't want to be picking up a lot of fur.I haven't made up my mind of size i want either but i'm not the biggest fan of small dogs so i'm looking for a dog 18 pounds+.I want a dog with a medium amount of energy. i also like labs, goldens, and springer spaniels since i want a dog that likes water.I plain to give the dog a hour of exercise almost every day.would that be enough for a lab,golden,corgi,shiba inu,or springer?I don't like poodles or mutts so please dont suggest those.what dog would best for me?
