Is it normal for my baby rabbit to twitch and jump unexpectantly?

Hi I just got my baby bunny a few days ago and never had a rabbit before, I got her from a breeder and was wondering if this is normal: When shes out of her hutch and running around my livingroom or garden she will jump into the air and twist and sometimes land funny, falling over on the floor. Or she will jerk and in a great burst of speed randomly run the length of her tunnel and stop and stare at me? Is this normal or does she have fleas or something? (She is a frost point british mini lop) so I have tried to check for fleas because I thought thy would be easy to see in her white fur! Thanks guys xx
