How can i get my hair to grow fast?(no rascist comments,or you will be reported)?

I am african american first off and i cut my hair off back in december.it started growing back fast but i kept cutting it because i was not ready to grow it out yet.the style is a mohawk,it is also green(sounds strange but it matches my personality,dont judge).i never wear extentions.i just want to grow my hair back out in the healthiest way.where do i start?dying it black first,then texturizing it just to ease the courseness or what?
