Does anyone remember a stuffed animal that was also a puppet jc penney sold them back in late 80's early 90's?

the puppet/stuff animal had arms and legs had hair which was different color then there fur. they stood about 18 inchs or so high and about 12 inches around. you stuck your hand in behind there mouth area and controled there mouth.
