Dog sitting, and don't know whether i should leave them in 115 heat, or inside in the kennel?

DO NOT leave them outside! In that heat, they will die. LEave them inside, in the kennel. Just make sure they have plenty of water and some toys to play with. They'll be fine and won't risk heat stroke.
