Can african soft furred rats(ASFs) get along with regular domestic rats?

i have 4 pet rats with babies on the way now, i was wondering will african soft furred rats will get along with my rats because i heard that ASFs were mean and also were can i buy somwe AFSs because i cant find them in any of my local pet stores i think...thank you
