Allergic to my pets!?

I have a cat, dog and bunny. I think I am allergic to my cat and bunny's fur. they shed a lot and my nose, throat, and ears itch whenever I am around them and it gets worse when I pet them. I don't know what to do! getting rid of them is out of the question, but is there anything i can do to help my allergies? and this is pretty recent; I have had my cat since I was about three, and this just started a year or two ago.
