NASA GISS shows 2010 as the warmest year on record, but will it be dismissed by skeptics?

Um, hate to say this, but according to NOAA, it is .02�F less then 1998's record temperature and even NOAA admits that it is lower then the record but statistically insignificant so at best it ties 1998 for the warmest on record just like 2005 does when you round up to the nearest tenth.
